Well, we’ve reached the end of 15 weeks. Chris and I have both made great strides in our strength, fitness, and weight loss. I’ve lost nearly 10 pounds of fat, and went from a 39 waist to a 35, nearly a 34.
Below, see what one of two rewards were awaiting my devouring.
