Thanks, Chris, for that tasty post; you beat me to the photo upload. He’s right, folks, stay tuned for more Nutrition help, thanks for our new Nutrition Page, and I’ll bring my cam equip in the kitchen next week, and start showing you Q&E meals you can make in a snap (quick ‘n easy). It’s all about the protein. No, we’re NOT avoiding carbs and fats altogether, just putting the primary focus upon the Big P; after all, THIS is where you build strength/size (my personal goal).
Today’s Super Sets were not as painful as earlier in the week. The 21’s were our faves (see earlier post for details). Tomorrow is a 40-min Cardio Day, and also happens to be the end of Week 7; meaning Monday begins Week Number 8 (on the way to 15–for those of you just joining us).
We’ve had several inquiries as to our B&A photos; please be patient, we’re looking to do that here in the next week or so. Personally, I wanted to be sure there was enough difference to warrant embarrassing myself. Frankly, once those pics are “public domain’….well, ’nuff said. Trust us, it’s really not all that much to look at.
