Step ONE: turn off your alarm. Step TWO: put on your running shoes/shorts/etc. Step THREE: Drink something–powershake, energy mix, etc. Step FOUR: Get in car and drive to Y. Step FIVE: Stretch for 10. Step SIX: Hit the old-fashioned Stairmaster. Do that for 20 minutes. Need to find out how to find your “target rate”, contact Chris or myself.
